(hong kong, april 10, 2018) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries the company (the "group") achieved contracted sales of hk$3,253 million and contracted sales area of 274,000 square meters in march 2018.

as of the end of march 2018, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hk$806 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 55,000 square meters.

in march 2018, the group added 2 new projects in yancheng city, jiangsu province and baotou city, inner mongolia, with a total equity development area of 553,948.00 square meters and a land price of rmb 1,551,310,000 was required.
