(hong kong, february 6, 2018) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries ("the group") realized the realization in january 2018 contracted sales of hk$3.225 billion and contracted sales area of 275,600 square meters.

as of the end of january 2018, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hk$684 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 55,900 square meters.

in january 2018, the group had no new land reserves.
