(hong kong, march 6, 2017) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. ("the company"; stock code: 00081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries the company (the "group") achieved contracted sales of hk$1.328 billion and contracted sales area of 139,700 square meters in february 2017.
as of the end of february 2017, the accumulative unsigned subscription amount was hk$831 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 61,900 square meters.
in february 2017, the group had no new land bank.
