(10 july 2018) china state construction international holdings limited (“csci” or“the group”, stock code: 03311) recorded an accumulated new contract value of hk$64.49 billion in the fourth months ended 30 june 2018, year-on-year growth of 22.0%, and hence achieved a 56.1% completion of the full year target of 2018 (which should be no less than hk$115.00 billion). as of 30 june 2018, the on-hand contract value of the group amounted to approximately hk$342.74 billion, among which the backlog was approximately hk$223.99 billion.

major new contracts awarded in june 2018 include:

lohas park package 10 residential development project, tseung kwan o, hong kong (the attributable contract value of the group is about hk$3.13 billion. such project includes 2 residential buildings, carpark and utility facilities with a total gross floor area of 109,034 square meters. the construction period is about 39 months.);

shanty town redevelopment government procurement services project, pinggu, beijing (the attributable contract value of the group is about hk$6.45 billion. such project includes land consolidation, shanty town redevelopment with a total gross floor area of about 692,000 square meters, utility facilities with a total gross floor area of about 189,000 square meters, industrial building with a total gross floor area of about 191,000 square meters and others. the construction period is about 24 months.).
